This Privacy Policy explains how FilePrep, developed by OOR DEVELOPER, handles information when you use the FilePrep Android application.
FilePrep provides tools for preparing photos, ID/passport photos, PDF documents, signatures, file sizes, dimensions, formats, and related document requirements.
FilePrep may access files that you explicitly select using Android's system file picker, photo picker, document picker, camera, or similar Android interfaces.

FilePrep does not operate a developer-owned cloud storage service for uploading and storing your personal documents.
FilePrep performs its core file preparation operations locally on your device whenever supported by the selected feature.

Temporary files may be created on your device while an operation is being performed. These may be removed automatically when they are no longer needed.
FilePrep allows users to protect PDF documents with passwords and to remove password protection from PDFs when the user provides the correct existing password.
PDF passwords entered into FilePrep are used only to perform the requested PDF operation.
FilePrep is designed not to permanently store PDF passwords in application history, analytics, settings, or other persistent storage.
Users are responsible for ensuring they have authorization to modify or remove protection from any PDF they process.
FilePrep includes a Signature Maker that allows you to draw signatures and export them at selected dimensions and formats.
Signature content is processed locally on your device and is saved only when you choose to save or share the generated file.
FilePrep does not intentionally upload your handwritten signature to OOR DEVELOPER servers.
FilePrep may request access to Android features required for specific functionality.

Files generated by FilePrep remain on your device or in the location selected by you until you delete them.
Temporary processing files may be deleted automatically after processing, application cleanup, or operating-system cleanup.
Local history and application data may generally be removed by clearing the app's storage or uninstalling FilePrep, subject to files you separately saved outside the app.
We take reasonable steps to design FilePrep so sensitive document processing can remain on the user's device.
However, no software, device, network, or storage system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
Users should protect their Android devices and avoid sharing confidential files with untrusted applications or services.
FilePrep allows you to save, open, or share generated files through Android and other applications installed on your device.
Once a file is shared with another application, website, cloud service, messaging service, or person, their own privacy practices apply.
OOR DEVELOPER is not responsible for how independent third parties handle files you choose to share with them.
FilePrep is a general-purpose productivity and utility application and is not specifically designed for children under the age of 13.
We do not intentionally request that children provide personal information directly to OOR DEVELOPER through FilePrep.
